On the Founding of the Proceedings

The Society announces, with the customary absence of fanfare, the establishment of the Proceedings of the Flat Network Society.

The Proceedings serve as the place in which members may, at their discretion, publish observations on the network. There is no editorial policy. There is no schedule. There is no peer review of any kind that would be recognized by the IEEE. A member who has something to say submits it; if it is accepted, it appears here.

The disclaimer at the foot of every Proceeding is the disclaimer. The Society itself holds no opinions, having no organs through which to hold them.

Inquiries are not invited. Submissions, in due course, will be considered.
